Abstract:
A universal and spherical mixing machine, includes a ball-shaped pan body (1)
and a mixing mechanism (2), the ball-shaped pan body (1) is located on a small wheel
of a frame (4) that attached to a pedestal (3), a motor (13) is set behind the ball-shaped
pan body (1). A speed reducer (6) and a motor (5) are connected together and are
also fixed to the frame (4), the speed reducer (6) is connected to the main shaft
of the ball-shaped spherical pan body (1) through a belt (9). The mixing mechanism
(2) is in the inner space of the ball-shaped pan body (1), which made up of a planet
gear (10), a sun gear (11) and a mixing vane (12). The planet gear (10) is fixed to
the main shaft of the ball-shaped pan body (1) and then engaged to the sun gear (11),
thus the ball-shaped pan body (1) and the mixing vane (2) can rotate perpendicular
to each other. And then the object of the concrete can be mixed evenly without dead
angle is achieved and it is also convenient to mixture pouring and pan body cleaning.
