Abstract:
An unlocking method for an electric combination lock and an apparatus thereof are provided. The unlocking method comprises the following steps: a. generating an only serial number and a random locking code with a customer information server (1); b. writing the serial number and the random locking code in an electric coded key memory (32) and an electronic combination lock memory (22); c. inserting an electronic code key (3) into an electronic combination lock (2), powering and resetting the electronic code key (3) and the electronic combination lock (2), and initializing each interior register; d. the electronic combination lock (2) reading the serial number in the electronic code key (3) and comparing with the serial number in itself; e. if the serial number is correct, the electronic combination lock (2) reading the random locking code in the electronic code key (3), and comparing with the random locking code in itself; f. if the random locking code is correct, opening a random code generator (25) and generating a new random locking code; g. covering the random locking code in step b with the new random locking code; h. after completing the covering, unlocking the lock. The lock apparatus for the electric combination lock comprises the customer information server (1), the electric combination lock (2) and the electronic code key (3). The unlocking method can unlock the lock by validating interlinked many kinds of message and codes so as to minimize potential safety hazards, for example, the copy of the key and the violent crack of the code etc.
