Abstract:
Disclosed are an unlocking method, terminal, and system. The unlocking method comprises: receiving an access request inputted at a door lock end and sent by a server, and obtaining visitor information carried by the access request; sending visitor confirmation information corresponding to the visitor information to the server so that the server returns, according to the visitor confirmation information, an identity authentication request for verifying the identity of a householder; receiving the identity authentication request, obtaining identity authentication information inputted according to the identity authentication request, and sending the identity authentication information to the server so that the server verifies the identity authentication information and sends an unlocking instruction to the door lock end for unlocking after the verification is successful. According to the present invention, the identity authentication by a householder on a visitor and the identity authentication by a server on the householder can be realized. By means of mutual authentication on the visitor and the householder, the security for remote unlocking is improved.
