Disclosed is an unmanned aerial vehicle (100) for detecting mechanical structural parts. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a machine frame (12); rotors (14), which are rotatably arranged on the machine frame (12); first detection devices (162,164,166,168), which are arranged on the machine frame (12) and are used for detecting structural defects of mechanical structural parts within a predetermined range and feeding back first detection data; a second detection device (20), which comprises a movable detection arm (202) and a detection element (204) arranged at the tail end of the detection arm (202), the detection element (204) being used for detecting structural defects of mechanical structural parts in a contact state and feeding back second detection data; and a control device, within which a controller is provided, the controller being used for acquiring the first detection data and the second detection data and outwardly sending the first detection data and the second detection data, and/or analyzing the first detection data and the second detection data and controlling an alarm according to an analysis result. The unmanned aerial vehicle has two detection modes, a contact type and a non-contact type, the detection range is wide, and the detection precision is high.
