Abstract:
An unmanned aerial vehicle having a passive protection device, comprising an unmanned aerial vehicle body (1), arms (2), hoods (4), propeller blades (201), and landing gears (3). The arms (2) are connected to the unmanned aerial vehicle body (1) and provided with propeller blades (201); the landing gears (3) are connected to the arms (2) and used for supporting the unmanned aerial vehicle body (1); the hoods (4) have connecting portions (401) for connecting to the arms (2); the propeller blades (201) are located inside the hoods (4); the landing gears (3) are located inside the hoods (4); the bottoms of the hoods (4) are flush with the bottoms of the landing gears (3). The propeller blades and the landing gears are all disposed in the hoods, and therefore, the hoods connected to the arms not only can protect the propeller blades, but also can cover the landing gears. When the unmanned aerial vehicle falls off from the sky, the landing gears do not collide with people or objects so as to avoid the impact of the landing gears on the people or objects.
