Abstract:
Provided is an unmanned aerial vehicle remote control device and the like capable of remotely controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle without using a control wand or a guide mechanism thereof. The unmanned aerial vehicle remote control device (10) comprises a gesture recognition means (12b) that recognizes a finger gesture by an operator on the basis of an image including the fingers of the operator captured by a camera, a control command specification means (12c) that specifies a control command associated with the finger gesture by the operator recognized by the gesture recognition means (12b), and a communication means (14) that transmits the control command specified by the control command specification means (12c) to the unmanned aerial vehicle.
