Abstract:
An unmanned aerial vehicle system, and a parachute module and a folding structure, a mold thereof and a parachute opening method therefor. The folding structure is folded back and forth along a vertical folding line in an outwardly radiating direction from the center of a parachute to form a concentric pleated shape. The folding structure is formed by pressing with the mold. A parachute module (2) comprises a bottom case (201), a middle ring (202) and a folded parachute (1), wherein the middle ring (202) is fixed to a central portion (101) and is detachably connected below a paracrate of an unmanned aerial vehicle by means of a parachute opening connection plate (205). The connecting force between the parachute opening connection plate (205) and the paracrate is sufficient for keeping the parachute opening connection plate and the paracrate connected before the unmanned aerial vehicle performs a paradrop operation and during a parachute opening process of the paradrop operation, and also for enabling same to be separated from each other under the action of a vertical pull force after an unmanned aerial vehicle express delivery box is separated from the unmanned aerial vehicle and the parachute is completely pulled out. The structure is simple and compact, has a small size after folding, is suitable for standardized, large-scale and low-cost production, and realizes smooth and reliable parachute opening.
