A three-dimensional vibration isolation unit, comprising a first stop boss (110), a second stop boss (120), and a vibration damper (130). The bottom surface of the second stop boss (120) and the bottom surface of the first stop boss (110) are parallel to each other. The two ends of the vibration damper (130) are respectively connected to the first stop boss (110) and the second stop boss (120); the connecting surface of the first stop boss (110) and the vibration damper (130) is a first connecting plane, and the inclined angle between an axis of the vibration damper (130) and the first connecting plane is a first inclined angle. The connecting surface of the second stop boss (120) and the vibration damper (130) is a second connecting plane, and the inclined angle between the axis of the vibration damper (130) and the second connecting plane is a second inclined angle. The three-dimensional vibration isolation unit allows the frequency difference of vibrations applied to a load device in three directions to be small, thus achieving a better vibration isolation effect. And further provided are a three-dimensional vibration isolation device and an unmanned aerial vehicle.
