Abstract:
An unmanned store system comprises a mechanical arm (4) provided in a warehouse (3), a pickup location (9), a master controller (7) and a product shelf (2). The product shelf comprises an inclined chute (16) for placing goods. The mechanical arm is configured to carry the goods on the product shelf to the pickup location. The mechanical arm comprises: stationary horizontal guide rails (19); stationary horizontal guide rail motors (20) provided on the stationary horizontal guide rails; stationary horizontal guide sleeves (37), mounted on the stationary horizontal guide rails, wherein the positions of the stationary horizontal guide rails, the pickup location, and the product shelf are relatively unchanged; a mobile horizontal guide rail (21) mounted on the stationary horizontal guide sleeves and provided above the product shelf; a mobile horizontal guide sleeve (38) mounted on the mobile horizontal guide rail; a mobile horizontal guide rail motor (25) provided on the mobile horizontal guide rail; a mechanical arm terminal gripping mechanism (31) connected to the mobile horizontal guide sleeve; and a mechanical arm controller (30) in circuit connection with the master controller. Further disclosed is a control method for an unmanned store system. The unmanned store system is capable of completing automated product pickup, information input and sales management for an unmanned store.
