Abstract:
The unsaturated polyester resin composition of the present invention comprises: an unsaturated polyester resin (a); an acrylic resin (b); a styrene-diene copolymer (c); a glass fiber (d) having a fiber length of at most 5 mm; and an inorganic filler (e). In this unsaturated polyester resin composition, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the unsaturated polyester resin (a), the total of the acrylic resin (b) and styrene-diene copolymer (c) is 10 parts by mass to 20 parts by mass, the glass fiber (d) having a fiber length of at most 5 mm is 30 parts by mass to 55 parts by mass, the inorganic filler (e) is 300 parts by mass to 550 parts by mass, and the mass ratio of the acrylic resin (b) and styrene-diene copolymer (c) is 1:2 to 2:1. Moreover, this unsaturated polyester resin composition has a high fluidity during molding, and is capable of providing a cured product that has a small mold shrinkage ratio and excellent heat resistance.
