Abstract:
Provided is an unstaffed store system capable of implementing business transactions that are safe and smooth for both stores and users. The unstaffed store system comprises: a selling device for selling a product to a visiting user; an automatic warehouse for storing the product to be sold by the selling device; and a management server for managing the product. The selling device displays product information on the product and a code image including a payment request for requesting payment on the product in association with each other. When the payment in response to the payment request included in the code image has been made, the management server transmits a transport instruction for transporting the product to the selling device to the automatic warehouse. The automatic warehouse transports the product to the selling device on the basis of the transport instruction.
