Abstract:
An unwinding device for use with winding equipment, comprising: an inflatable winding shaft (1), a bearing being sleeved on a bottom right end of the winding shaft (1), and an annular groove (17) also being formed at an outer surface of a bearing outer ring (152); a clamping strip (18) is rotatably mounted on a winding shaft bracket (11) which is on a right side, an annular flange (10) being further formed at the rightmost end of the winding shaft (1), and a transversely extending transverse guide rail (21) also being provided on a right side of the winding shaft bracket (11) which is on the right side; a core pulling trolley (2) is mounted on the transverse guide rail (21) in a transversely movable manner, a left side surface of the core pulling trolley (2) being mounted with two jaw blocks (22) which match in a pair; a longitudinally extending longitudinal guide rail (31) is provided at a bottom side of the winding shaft (1), a carrying trolley (3), which may carry a film roll, being mounted on the longitudinal guide rail (31); a left supporting shaft roller (41) which may support the winding shaft (1) is provided at a bottom front side of a left end of the winding shaft (1), and a right supporting shaft roller (42) which may support the winding shaft (1) is provided at a bottom front side of a right end of the winding shaft (1). Further provided is an unwinding method for use with winding equipment. The unwinding device and unwinding method may automatically complete the unwinding process, and have a high degree of automation.
