Abstract:
A UOP propane dehydrogenation reactor device and a maintenance method therefor, which belong to the technical field of dehydrogenation reactor devices. The device comprises: a reduction cylinder and a catalysis cylinder, which are connected end to end; and a feeding elbow pipe located at a lower end of the catalysis cylinder. The interior of the catalysis cylinder is provided with a conical distributor, an inner mesh and an outer mesh, which are coaxially and sequentially arranged from inside to outside, wherein upper ends of the conical distributor, the inner mesh and the outer mesh are all connected to an upper cover plate by means of bolt gaskets; lower ends of the inner mesh and the outer mesh are both connected to a lower cover plate by means of connecting bolts; an expansion joint structure is movably mounted between a lower end of the lower cover plate and an inner wall of a bottom end of the catalysis cylinder; and a conical transition section is provided between the inner mesh and a feeding port of the feeding elbow pipe. The integral design of the inner mesh, the outer mesh and the lower cover plate is beneficial for the integral lifting-out thereof, such that a worker can avoid being lowered into a narrow reactor to remove bolts, and thus can be prevented from suffering an injury.
