Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to prompt a user to update a registered image at an appropriate timing. A face image acquisition means (21) acquires a face image of an authentication target person from a captured image from an imaging device (50). An authentication means (22) compares the acquired face image of the authentication target person and a registered image, and executes authentication with respect to the authentication target person. If the authentication succeeds, a calculation means (31) compares the face image of the authentication target person and a face image from when the authentication target person has succeeded at authentication in the past, and calculates a score. A determination means (32) determines whether to prompt the authentication target person to update the registered image on the basis of the calculated score. A notification means (33) transmits a notification prompting the authentication target person to update the registered image.
