Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of communications and provide an uplink power control method and device, used for uplink closed-loop power control in a group scheduling mode. The method comprises: a base station determines power control information, wherein the power control information is used to control the power of a user device; the base station sends to X user devices HARQ response feedback information, wherein the HARQ response feedback information carries the power control information for at least one of the X user devices, the X user devices compete for the same transmission resource, and X is an integer greater than or equal to 1; a user device receives the response feedback information sent by the base station to the X user devices and parses the HARQ response feedback information, and if it is determined that the HARQ response feedback information includes the power control information for said user device, the power of the user device is controlled according to the power control information for the user device.
