Abstract:
The present application discloses an uplink power control method, a device, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal sending first UE capability information to a network apparatus, the first UE capability information comprising a power scaling factor and/or first indication information, and the first indication information indicating whether a power can be shared between antenna ports; and the terminal determining an actual uplink transmission power according to the first UE capability information.
