Abstract:
Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for an uplink power control scheme in 5G non-terrestrial networks. A method may include receiving, at a user equipment, a plurality of sets of power control parameters. The method may also include selecting a corresponding set of power control parameters from the plurality of sets of power control parameters based on a retransmission scheme. The method may further include calculating a transmission power with the corresponding set of power control parameters. In addition, the method may include applying the calculated transmission power to a communication with a network node with the retransmission scheme.
