Abstract:
The present invention provides an uplink signal responding method, comprising: an eNB or a transmission reception point (TRP) receives, from a terminal device, an uplink signal for tracking the terminal device; send a downlink tracking response message to the terminal device, the downlink tracking response message comprising at least one of information about the state the eNB or the TRP tracks the terminal device, information about time advance required by the terminal device to send an uplink tracking signal, information about power adjustment required by the terminal device to send the uplink signal, and access control information of the terminal device; send the downlink tracking response message to the terminal device by means of the eNB or the TRP, so that the terminal device learns about a state it is tracked by a network.
