Abstract:
Provided are an uplink transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal and a network side device. The method comprises: where multiple uplink channels overlap on a time domain, determining a target uplink channel according to a preset rule; performing preset time condition determination on a PUCCH and the target uplink channel in the multiple uplink channels; and where the preset time condition is satisfied, transmitting, on the target uplink channel, uplink control information carried on the PUCCH on the multiple uplink channels.
