Abstract:
An upper cover assembly (100), a cooking appliance (200), a cooking method and a computer readable storage medium, the upper cover assembly (100) comprising: an upper cover body (102) for forming an accommodating portion with a pot body (202) in a snap-fitted manner; an anti-overflow detection assembly (104) provided on a lower bottom plate of the upper cover body (102) and connected to a communication assembly (106), for detecting whether an overflow signal is generated in the accommodating portion; a temperature sensor (108) provided on the upper cover body (102) and connected to the communication assembly (106), for acquiring a temperature signal in the accommodating portion after the anti-overflow detection assembly (104) receives the overflow signal; and the communication assembly (106) provided on the upper cover body (102), for sending the overflow signal and the temperature signal to a heating control assembly of the pot body (202), so that the heating control assembly adjusts the heating power according to the overflow signal and the temperature signal. Upon detection of the overflow signal, the heating power is determined as soon as possible according to the temperature signal in the accommodating portion, so as to improve the cooking efficiency, facilitating improving the user experience.
