Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an upper cover assembly and a washing machine. The upper cover assembly comprises a cover body; a decorative plate, which is mounted on an upper surface of the cover body; and a vent hole, which penetrates the cover body and the decorative plate. The vent hole penetrates the decorative plate and the cover body, such that it is ensured that air in a tub of the washing machine can be smoothly circulated with the outside, and the decorative plate can improve the aesthetic feeling of the overall appearance of the washing machine.
