Abstract:
According to the present invention, provided is an upper discharging/piercing device comprising: a lower unit having an insertion groove and a ascent inducing part disposed in the insertion groove; and an upper unit disposed at the upper side of the lower unit, having a piercing blade to be inserted into the insertion groove at a lower part of the upper discharging/piercing device, and formed with an aperture into which the ascent inducing part is inserted, wherein chips generated by piercing an object secured on the lower unit by the piercing blade are pushed up to the inside of the aperture by the ascent inducing part so as to be discharged, and a portable thin-plate type punch with the same. According to the upper discharging/piercing device and the portable thin plate type punch with the same, the chips generated by piercing an object secured on the lower unit by the piercing blade are pushed up and discharged to the inside of the aperture by the ascent inducing part, so that piercing is simple and pollution problem caused by the chips is resolved.
