Abstract:
An upper limb rehabilitation training system for stroke patients. A patient wears an immersive virtual reality head-mounted device to experience a training scenario in a virtual environment from a first-person perspective, in addition, there is a virtual spherical instrument in the scenario, and the patient controls, by means of a hemiplegic-side hand thereof in real time, an arm action in the virtual scenario to interact with the spherical instrument. A patient pushes a ball to a front side and a healthy side on a virtual training plane to drive an affected side to extend forward, and this repeated training activity can not only promote the center of gravity to transfer forward to enhance the upper limb control capability of the patient, but can also inhibit a spasm on the affected side; the patient pushes the ball to the affected side to promote the limb on the affected side to automatically bear a load, thereby improving the muscle strength and the control capability; and after holding the ball, the patient performs forearm supination, thereby inhibiting the spasm of a pronator and improving the control capability of the forearm.
