Abstract:
An upper mold device for numerical control punch mold includes a hitting head (18), a sleeve (7) and a punch body (6). A regulating rod (5) is provided between the hitting head (18) and the punch body (6). The upper end part of the regulating rod (5) can connect with or separate from the hitting head (18), and the lower end part of the regulating rod (5) connects with the punch body (6). The hitting head (18) is fixedly connected to the sleeve (7) whose inner thread meshes with the outer thread of the punch body (6). The advantages of the upper mold device are as follows: the extending length of the punch can be effectively regulated after the punch edge is worn, and the device has simple structure and low manufacture cost.
