Abstract:
A reinforcing structure for the upper part of an opening part between the wall panels of a steel house capable of realizing a steel house structure of three or more stories at low cost by reducing an axial force acting on the leg parts of the wall panels when a horizontal force acts thereon by earthquake, increasing the horizontal rigidity of the overall steel house, and reducing an interlayer deformation angle. A reinforcing boundary beam formed of a shape steel sheet is connected integrally and parallel with a boundary beam disposed at the upper part of the opening part between the wall panels of the steel house. Thus, since the bending rigidity of the boundary beam can be increased, the axial force applied to the leg parts of the wall panels when the horizontal force of the earthquake acts thereon can be reduced.
