Abstract:
Provided is an upper tool holder for a press brake. The upper tool holder includes the following components: a holder body; a clamping channel which is formed on the lower surface of the holder body in a longitudinal direction and can engage with an upper portion of the upper tool; a drop prevention groove which is formed on a lower portion of the inner surface of the clamping channel and can engage with a drop prevention member that can be protruded from the upper tool in a front-back direction; a swingable lock member which is provided on a side of a front wall or a rear wall of the holder body and swingable in the front-back direction; a plurality of through holes formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction on the front wall or the rear wall on which the swingable lock member is provided; and a plurality of fixation protrudes which are provided on a lower portion of the swingable lock member, each penetrate the plurality of the through holes, and protrude into the clamping channel so as to be capable of engaging with fixation grooves formed on an upper portion of the upper tool. It is thus ensured that the upper tool holder holds a plurality of divided upper tools.
