Abstract:
Disclosed is an upper wall end and wall plate connection integral corner box assembly, comprising an outer corner box (7) for fixing a composite-material test article, and several inner independent small corner boxes (8) for cooperating with the outer corner box (7) to fix the composite-material test article, wherein the outer corner box (7) is arranged on an outer side of a composite-material test article wall plate (9), the several inner independent small corner boxes (8) are symmetrically arranged on an inner side of the composite-material test article wall plate (9), and the outer corner box (7) and the several inner independent small corner boxes (8) are arranged symmetrically. According to the connection integral corner box assembly, based on the performance difference between a composite material and a metal material, the structural details of an upper wall end and wall plate connection corner box are improved, thereby improving the force transmission effect between a metal corner box and a composite-material wall plate, and eliminating the risk of potentially damaging the test article. Meanwhile, a notch is designed at either end of the corner box, thereby achieving the effects of reducing the weight and making the assembly of a front beam corner box and a rear beam corner box more coordinated.
