Abstract:
The present invention provides an upright culture plate device comprising: a stand having a plurality of slots through which a culture solution is supplied along channels formed therein; and culture cartridges which are inserted into the slots of the stand so as to stand upright, and which have culture spaces receiving the culture solution through a capillary phenomenon so as to culture cells, and thus the upright culture plate device provides a culture environment in which cell division, growth, and differentiation patterns can be observed and recorded in real time while various tissues and organs having a layered structure are cultured, so as to allow real-time observation and measurement of structural and physiological properties, shown during culture process, of cells, biological tissue, organoids, artificial skin, and other biological cultures that form a stratified structure, thereby facilitating research on tissue development process, response to drugs, structural deformation or physical property deformation caused by a gene mutation, and the like.
