Disclosed is an upright floating shoulder ring, comprising a left shoulder ring (1), a right shoulder ring (2) and an adjustment and fastening strap (3), wherein a front side face and a rear side face of the left shoulder ring (1) are both of a planar structure; the left shoulder part (1) is respectively provided, at two end positions, with a connecting through hole (4) passing through the front side face and the rear side face; the left shoulder ring (1) is further provided, at a lower end position, with a through hole for wearing (5) passing through the front side face and the rear side face; the left shoulder ring (1) is further provided, at a lower end position of the front side face, with an accommodating groove (6), and an edge of the accommodating groove (1) starts from a lower end edge of the left shoulder ring (1) and terminates at the through hole for wearing (5); the left shoulder ring (1) and the right shoulder ring (2) are in mirror symmetry in terms of structure and shape; and the adjustment and fastening strap (3) is connected to the left shoulder ring (1) and the right shoulder ring (2) via the connecting through hole (4). The floating shoulder ring can provide buoyancy support for the shoulders, can effectively ensure the safety of a floating user during use, improves the user comfort, and is especially suitable for beginners learning to swim and float.
