Abstract:
A UPS system smart management method, with a PLC controller as a control core, work states of relays are recorded, and the relays are controlled. System loads comprise level-one loads, level-two loads,…, and level-n loads. Each level of loads is connected to a UPS power supply via one general relay. Each level of loads also comprise multiple loads. Multiple same-level loads are connected via the individual relays thereof to the general relay of the level of loads. Work states of the system loads are calculated in real-time in the PLC controller, a state register of the PLC controller opens a separate space, corresponding positions are reserved for each load in the system, a new load is added by the system, and the state register of the PLC controller needs to be updated in a timely manner by a staff member. When the loads are working, the corresponding positions thereof are 1; when the loads are not working, the corresponding positions thereof are 0. The state register is refreshed in real-time; therefore, the PLC controller can monitor the states of the loads in real-time, thus allowing the implementation of hierarchical control of power supplying loads of the UPS power supply and of automatically optimized switching between the loads.
