An upward-discharge pushing mechanism preventing dampening and caking of powders, comprising: a powder compartment (10), a pushing member (21), a mixing compartment (80), a powder compartment outfeed gate (41), and a power member. The powder compartment (10) and the mixing compartment (80) are spaced apart; the pushing member (21) is provided in the powder compartment (10) to push the powder from bottom to top; the powder compartment outfeed gate (41) is provided above the powder compartment (10); the power member is connected to and drives the powder compartment outfeed gate (41) to change position between a gate closed position of the powder compartment (10) and a gate opened state of same; when the powder compartment outfeed gate (41) is at the gate closed position of the powder compartment (10), the powder compartment outfeed gate (41) covers an opening of the powder compartment (10). The upward-discharge pushing mechanism can be applied to an apparatus for brewing powdered materials, and has the effects of preventing the powder from dampening and caking, accurately controlling the discharge amount of the powder, and ensuring the taste and quality of a beverage.
