Abstract:

The present invention relates to a uracil-based compound or a pesticidally acceptable salt thereof, and an herbicidal composition comprising same, the herbicidal composition comprising the uracil-based compound and/or the pesticidally acceptable salt thereof being capable of simultaneously exhibiting the effects of a non-selective herbicide and a selective herbicide. Specifically, the herbicidal composition has a broad herbicidal activity effect on not only Poaceae weeds but even broadleaf weeds during a foliar treatment on an orchard, non-agricultural land, etc. even when only a low concentration of the herbicidal composition is used, and thus may be usefully employed as a non-selective herbicide. In addition, when an adequate concentration of the herbicidal composition is used during a foliar treatment, the herbicidal composition does not cause chemical damage to crops such as wheat, corn, rice, etc. while having an excellent herbicidal activity effect on Poaceae weeds, broadleaf weeds and other weeds, and when a soil treatment is being undergone before the germination of crops, the herbicidal composition does not cause chemical damage to useful crops such as wheat, corn, rice, etc. while having excellent herbicidal activity on broadleaf weeds, Poaceae weeds and other weeds, and thus may be usefully employed as a selective herbicide for arable land, etc.
