Abstract:
An urban rail transit station platform and a picking up/dropping off method, relating to the field of rail transit. The platform is an island platform or a split island platform. The platform comprises a combined area and a conventional area, and the combined area comprises an adjacent area and a non-adjacent area. A connection channel exists between the adjacent areas on two sides of at least one combined area in the platform, and the connection channel is used for passengers to enter the adjacent area on the other side from the adjacent area on one side. The connection channel can be used for realizing coupling picking-up/dropping-off. In at least one adjacent area of the combined area, the end boundary of at least one section of area Q is an entry only type, exit only type, entry/exit type or no entry type boundary. The selection range of at least one section of area P comprises a passenger dropping-off area, a passenger picking-up area, a double-passenger area, a non-passenger area, and a passenger-free area. The area Q and the area P can be overlapped.
