Title:
UREA DERIVATIVE HAVING PI3K INHIBITORY ACTIVITY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/125799
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I), which inhibits the action of PI3K, controls a number of biological processes, such as the growth, differentiation, survival, proliferation, migration and metabolism of cells, and, therefore, is useful for preventing and treating diseases, for example, inflammatory diseases, arteriosclerosis, vascular/circulatory diseases, cancer/tumor, immunological diseases, cell proliferative diseases and infections, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In formula (I), R1 and R2 independently represent each hydrogen, etc.; X represents a group represented by formula (X1) or (X2) [wherein X1' represents an optionally substituted 6-membered aromatic hydrocarbon ring, etc.; X2' represents an optionally substituted monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon ring, etc.; R3 represents carboxy, etc.; R4 represents hydrogen, etc.; and W represents a group represented by formula: -(CR5R6)a- (wherein R5 and R6 independently represent each hydrogen, etc.; and a represents 1 or 2), etc.]; Y represents a group represented by formula (Y1a) [wherein RAs independently represent each a halogen, etc.; and p represents an integer of 0 to 6], etc.; and Z represents an optionally substituted cycloalkyl, etc.
