Abstract:
A urea heating and filtration system, comprising a urea tank (201), and a heating and filtration assembly (202); the heating and filtration assembly (202) comprises a mounting base (4), a urea pipe (6), a filter (204) accommodated in the mounting base (4), and a heating device; and the heating and filtration assembly (202) further comprises a heat conductive metal tube (7) fixed under the mounting base (4) and used for accommodating the filter (204). The urea heating and filtration system further comprises a pressure sensor (206) mounted at the filter outlet, the filter inlet, or the filter inlet and outlet, and a filter controller (205) for determining, according to a signal fed back by the pressure sensor (206), whether the filter (204) needs to be replaced. The urea heating and filtration system, on one hand, transfers a part of heat into the heat conductive metal tube (7) via a heat conductive piece (8) for heating and unfreezing the urea in the heat conductive metal tube, thus being simple in structure and conveniently heated; and on the other hand, the pressure sensor (206) is provided to determine whether the filter (204) needs to be replaced, thereby improving the intellectualization of the system.
