A urea water injection device equipped with: an injector (120) having a valve body (122) that opens/closes an injection hole (121a) provided at the tip end of the injector, and a coil (123a) that generates magnetic attractive force by means of current supplied from a DC power supply unit (131), thereby driving the valve body, the injection hole being arranged inside an exhaust pipe unit (11) of an internal combustion engine; and a control unit (150) that opens/closes the injection hole by means of the valve body by controlling the supplying of current from the DC power supply unit to the coil, and that injects urea water into exhaust air inside the exhaust pipe unit. The injection device also is equipped with an AC power supply unit (132) that supplies AC power to the coil, and a temperature detection unit (140) that detects the temperature of the urea water. When the temperature acquired from the temperature detection unit is lower than a freezing determination temperature for determining whether the urea water is frozen, the control unit supplies current to the coil from the AC power supply unit, thereby causing the coil to operate as a heater, and when the temperature acquired from the temperature detection unit is equal to or greater than the freezing determination temperature, the control unit opens/closes the injection hole by supplying current to the coil from the DC power supply unit.
