Abstract:
The present invention provides a urethane resin composition which contains an anionic urethane resin (X) and water (Y), and which is characterized in that the anionic urethane resin (X) uses, as essential starting materials: a polyol (a) which contains a polycarbonate polyol (a1) that uses a decanediol derived from biomass as an essential starting material; and a polyisocyanate (b) which contains an aliphatic polyisocyanate (b1) and an alicyclic polyisocyanate (b2). The present invention also provides: a dried film of the above-described urethane resin composition; and a synthetic leather which has the above-described film as a surface layer. It is preferable that the polycarbonate polyol (a1) uses butane diol as a starting material. It is also preferable that the molar ratio of the aliphatic polyisocyanate (b1) to the alicyclic polyisocyanate (b2), namely (b1)/(b2) is within the range of from 10/90 to 90/10.
