Abstract:
The present invention provides a urethane resin composition characterized by containing: a urethane resin (A) having a nonionic group; water (B); and a film-forming auxiliary agent (C) which is polyethylene glycol (c1) and/or polyethylene glycol (c2) having an alkoxy group having at most 11 carbon atoms. The present invention also provides a laminate characterized by having at least a substrate (i) and a foam layer (ii) formed from the urethane resin composition. This urethane resin composition can form a coating film having excellent crack resistance, texture, peel strength, and flexibility at low temperatures.
