Abstract:
The present invention provides a urethane resin composition which is characterized by containing (A) a urethane resin, (B) water and (C) 3-(polyoxyethylene)propyl heptamethyltrisiloxane. The present invention also provides a surface treatment agent which is characterized by containing the above-described urethane resin composition. It is preferable for this surface treatment agent to additionally contain (D) a filler. The present invention also provides an article which is characterized by having a layer that is formed from the above-described surface treatment agent. The content of the 3-(polyoxyethylene)propyl heptamethyltrisiloxane (C) is preferably within the range of 0.01-20% by mass. The content of the urethane bond of the urethane resin (A) is preferably within the range of 980-4,000 mmol/kg, and more preferably within the range of 1,000-3,500 mmol/kg.
