Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel uridine nucleoside-based amphiphilic gadolinium complex and a magnetic resonance image (MRI) contrast agent comprising same, which has high laxity, superior congruity to a human serum albumin, safety, pH reactivity, and liver-specificity.
