Abstract:
A urinary assistance device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a wearing unit into which the penis is inserted, and a urine-collecting bag coupled to the wearing unit to collect urine. The wearing unit comprises: a wearing unit body into which the penis is inserted, ventilation holes being provided along the periphery thereof; an interval-maintaining member provided to protrude inwards from the inner peripheral surface of the wearing unit body, thereby forming an interval between the wearing unit body and the penis; and a urine-collecting bag coupling groove provided around the outer peripheral surface of the wearing unit body such that the urine-collecting bag is fitted thereto. The urine-collecting bag comprises micro-ventilation holes provided on the peripheral surface fitted to the urine-collecting bag coupling groove. Accordingly, the device is inserted into a male patient's penis to collect urine while preventing the urethral canal from being squeezed, and can prevent the problem of whitening or ulceration of the patient's skin due to urine discharge.
