Abstract:
The present invention relates to urinary incontinence pants and, more specifically, to urinary incontinence pants comprising a pad part, wherein the pad part includes: a water inflow layer allowing excretions excreted from a human body to be introduced thereinto; an absorption layer for absorbing the excretions which have been introduced into the water inflow layer and retaining water thereof; and a waterproof layer for preventing the excretions of the water inflow layer and the absorption layer from being discharged to the outside, wherein the opposite ends of the pad part are sewed in a state where the absorption layer, the water inflow layer, and the waterproof layer are placed in turn, and the pad part is formed to have a shape turned inside out so that the waterproof layer surrounds the absorption layer with reference to the sewed portion.
