Provided is a urine collection pad capable of absorbing urine up to almost the capacity of an absorbent body while preventing the absorbent body from disintegrating. This urine collection pad is provided with a front surface sheet (120), a back surface sheet (130) and an absorbent body (140). The absorbent body is provided with an upper absorbent body layer (140a) located on the skin side and a lower absorbent body layer (140b) located on the non-skin side. The upper absorbent body layer has an upper layer groove part (141a) in a urine excretion region, the upper layer groove part stretching in the longitudinal direction and extending from the front surface sheet side surface to the inside of the upper absorbent body layer in the thickness direction. The lower absorbent body layer comprises an absorbent core (144) and a cover sheet (145) wrapping the absorbent core. The cover sheet encloses the absorbent core in such a manner as to cover the non-skin side surface and both side surfaces in the width direction of the absorbent core and cover the skin side surface of the absorbent core in a state in which two edges in the width direction of the cover sheet overlap each other on the skin side of the absorbent core. The skin side surface of the absorbent core is not bonded to the cover sheet.
