Title:
UROKINASE DERIVATIVES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1984/004536
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The urokinase derivatives are either urokinase bound covalently with fibrinogen, or urokinase which is covalently bound through aliphatic diamine with fibrinogen, and represented by general formula (I), wherein P is fibrinogen, E is urokinase and R either is not present at all or defines the group (II), where n = 1-12, the molecular mass of the urokinase derivatives being in an amount of 360000 to 440000 D, the content of protein therein amounts to 10-30 % by mass and the esterase catalytic activity thereof is in the range of 30 to 60 %. Said derivatives possess an enhanced affinity to fibrine and have a prolonged fabrinolytic effect.
