Abstract:
A usage condition statistical method for automatic repair technology, and a refrigerator. The method comprises: recording an alarm temperature threshold value of a refrigerator, and recording a pre-set back-end service communication interface of a manufacturer and a receiving port of a user mobile phone (S101); monitoring a real-time temperature of the refrigerator, and determining whether the real-time temperature is higher than the alarm temperature threshold value (S102); if not, maintaining the original state (S103); and if so, sending repair information to the back-end service communication interface of the manufacturer, and at the same time, sending the information to the receiving port of the user, and sending technical usage data to a data collection end pre-set by the manufacturer (S104). According to the method, by means of connecting a built-in communication module of a refrigerator to home WiFi, and when it is monitored and found that the refrigerator has a fault, automatically sending repair information to a pre-set back-end service communication interface of a manufacturer, and the automatic repair of the fault by the refrigerator is realized, and the energy of the user is saved; and at the same time, the method also makes it convenient for a manufacturer to collect the usage condition of relevant technologies in a timely and effective manner.
