Abstract:
A USB metal pipe processing equipment, the processing equipment comprising an upper mold plate (100), a lower mold plate (300), a material bearing plate (200), and a feed mechanism (500). The material bearing plate is provided between the upper mold plate and the lower mold plate and is provided with at least one clamping groove (231). The feed mechanism comprises a receiving block (510), a first transmission mechanism (520), a first pushing rod (530) and a second transmission mechanism (540). A receiving hole (511) is provided on the receiving block; the first transmission mechanism is connected with the first pushing rod to push flat metal pipes to be processed transferred to a position above the receiving hole into the receiving hole; the second transmission mechanism is connected with the receiving block for transferring the flat metal pipes received in the receiving hole to a position above the clamping groove; an upper pushing rod is further provided on the upper mold plate to push the flat metal pipes into the clamping groove from the receiving hole in an alignment process of the upper mold plate and the lower mold plate. The feed mechanism of the processing equipment is simple in structure and can reliably perform the feeding process of the processing equipment.
