The present utility model relates to the technical field of connectors, and particularly to a USB plug capable of being plugged in positive and negative directions. The USB plug comprises a metal shell, an insulating body arranged in the metal shell, and conductive terminals. The front end of the insulating body protrudes and is provided with an insertion core. Each of the upper end face and the lower end face of the insertion core is provided with a row of conductive terminals. The conductive terminals on the upper end face of the insertion core in the sequence from left to right are correspondingly connected to the conductive terminals on the lower end face of the insertion core in the sequence from right to left. Two sides of the insertion core of the present utility model can carry out electrical connection, thereby enabling the plug to be electrically connected effectively when being plugged in a socket in the positive direction or the negative direction, and being convenient to use. A phenomenon that the plug is plugged in a wrong direction does not occur, the plug and the socket are effectively protected, the USB plug is simple and convenient in connection and is durable, and the operation efficiency is improved.
