Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to use of an active compound in the prevention or treatment of ovarian dysfunction diseases. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to use of a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the treatment or prevention of ovarian dysfunction diseases, wherein R1 and R2 are each independently selected from H, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkenyl, and C1-C6 alkynyl. The present disclosure further relates to use of the compound represented by formula (I) or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in combination with hyodeoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the treatment or prevention of ovarian dysfunction diseases. The present disclosure further relates to a composition comprising represented by formula I or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and/or hyodeoxycholic acid or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
