Abstract:
The invention relates to the use of a glass ceramic, in particular a glass ceramic powder, whereby the starting glass has the following composition (in wt. % relative to the oxide): Si02 30-70 wt. %, Na2O 0-40 wt. %, K2O 0-40 wt. %, CaO 5-40 wt. %, MgO 0-40 wt. %, Al2O3 0-5 wt. %, P2O5 1-20 wt. %, B2O3 0-5 wt. %, ZnO 0-10 wt. %, 0 to 30 wt. % XFy, where X can be Na, K, Mg, or Ca and y = 1 or y = 2, for application in the field of oral hygiene and dental care.
