Abstract:
The present invention provides the use of ascorbic acid or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, hydrates or glucoside derivatives thereof in increasing microalgae biomass and also provides a microalgae culture method. Ascorbic acid can increase the biomass of microalgae and can promote wastewater recycling; therefore, ascorbic acid has good prospects for application.
